About Me
I am Professor in the Division of Epidemiology and Community Health at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. My research has focused on advancing health equity and substance use. More specifically, my research has included community trials, observational studies, policy evaluation, and measurement studies related to social class and neighborhood poverty. I currently serve as co-chair of the School of Public Health's Health Equity Work Group (HEWG).
At CARHE, I serve as the Administrative Director for the Ignite the Spark Scholars Program (ISSP).
