The Center for Chronic Disease Reduction and Equity Promotion Across Minnesota (C2DREAM) is hosting its second annual conference on May 23rd, 2023 in Rochester, MN. This year's conference is a full day in-person event taking place at the Mayowood Stone Barn, just south of Rochester. This year's audience is comprised of community members, youth, researchers, policymakers, and clinicians. The following three objectives are guiding the content planning for this year's conference.
- Co-create a space where lived experiences on heart health social (in)justices can be openly shared and discussed among community and academic audiences.
- Learn about community-based participatory research and ways to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Engage with C2DREAM research and activities on improving heart health across communities in Minnesota.
