4th Annual C2DREAM Health Equity Conference, Registration is Open!
Registration is open. The 4th Annual C2DREAM Health Equity Conference, is happening on June 3, 2025, in Twin Cities, Minnesota! You don't want to miss this event! It will be held at Wilder Foundation.
This year's conference is a full-day in-person event; portions of it will be live-streamed. We hope to have community members, youth, researchers, policymakers, and health professionals join us!
The following three objectives guide the content for this year's conference:
- Engage with C2DREAM research and activities on improving heart health and reducing chronic diseases across Minnesota.
- Foster community engagement and collaboration to co-create solutions addressing cardiovascular disease health in Minnesota.
- Generate and disseminate knowledge and community engagement strategies aimed to promote interventions and strengthen partnerships to improve heart health and reduce cardiovascular disease across Minnesota.
